8-Week Breathwork Series with Nicole Byars
April 2 – May 21
This 8-week Breathwork Series is designed to help you slow down, breathe more effectively, and build practical tools you can use in everyday life.
Each 30-minute session includes:a short, gentle movement practice
a focused 15-minute breathwork technique
a closing meditation
Each week, we’ll explore a different breathing skill — including equal part breathing, boxed breathing, extended exhalation breathing, Ujjayi breathing, and energizing breathwork — along with a brief education piece so you understand why and how each technique works.
You’ll learn how to breathe more efficiently, so you get more from every practice, on and off the mat.
Two sessions will be held in the evening to align with the New Moon and will include a longer Yoga Nidra–style meditation for deeper rest and integration.
All sessions are recorded and stored in a course library with lifetime access, so if you can’t attend live — or want to revisit your favorite practices — they’ll always be there.Schedule:
April 2 — 8:30–9:00 AM
April 9 — 8:30–9:00 AM
April 16 — 7:00 PM (New Moon + Yoga Nidra Meditation)

May 7 — 8:30–9:00 AM
May 14 — 7:00 PM (New Moon + Yoga Nidra Meditation)

Vin-to-Yin is a balanced yoga practice consisting of two parts; Vinyasa Flow (typically 30-40 minutes) to balance between breath and movement, and the remaining 20-30 minutes of class is followed by passive Yin poses that are held for several minutes targeting connective tissues promoting stillness in the mind and body. This practice is great for all levels as options are always given throughout the practice.
